Super Launch
E-Mail Blasts
This week I got an interesting call from one of
my colleagues in the golf industry with a pretty
crazy plan. It seems a few of these golf fitness
experts are looking to convert a few more
golfers into the world of good fitness, better
health and improved golf.
You might have heard of Susan Hill, a
professional golf fitness trainer, or Craig
Ballantyne, Men’s Health Magazine expert. It
seems they have perfected the art of ‘time
efficient, research proven workouts that produce
results’. They both decided to team up to create
an interesting product developed especially for
golfers. You can check it out here.
They believe that regardless of the fact that
the majority of pros are now working out, there
are still too many golfers not taking it
seriously. I think I would agree with that. In
this business, we all hear horror stories of
nagging injuries, frustrations with inconsistent
play or not feeling enough strength or endurance
to put together a solid round. After a while, it
is easy to see how golfers can get discouraged.
So, this week they are on a mission to share
their new program,
Golf Fitness Challenge
(make it a hyperkink you’re your clickbank name)
http://insertyourclickbankname.dreamgolf.hop.clickbank.net/
with 1,000,000 golfers worldwide. I
thought it was a great idea so feel free to
forward this e-mail along with the links to
other golfers you may know.
1.
The exercise and overall fitness programs had to
be specific to golf so no one had to second
guess what they were doing or why.
2.
The workouts had to be short and time efficient.
Every exercise had to have a purpose in your
routine or it got booted out. They know you want
minimal time with your exercise program to make
more time for golf.
3.
The golf exercise program HAD to produce results
in 6 short weeks. If it didn’t improve your
health, your fitness, your golf game or all
three at the same time, you have every right to
ask for your money back. No questions asked.
I am definitely in support of their cause to
reach 1,000,000 golfers through this coming
weekend. They even promised to throw in a big
welcome to our golfers. Let’s join their special
promotion – for a limited time – in progress
now.

It sounds like good news is in store for golfers
around the globe. Apparently, you are taking
your health and fitness seriously and love the
idea of a ‘challenge’ to get you started.
While I just sent an e-mail enticing golfers of
all levels to help fitness experts Susan Hill
and Craig Ballantyne meet their goal of reaching
1.000.000 golfers over 6 short days, it appears
to be working.
Have you taken time to check out the Golf
Fitness Challenge?
The time
is now.

After years of working in the golf business,
here is the list of things they believe golfers
are all looking for. Do you agree?
-Increase drive distance by 15 to 20 yards or
more, although many would be happy with an
additional 10 yards
-Increase energy levels so they feel refreshed
and ready for the back nine. Some even wanted to
finish with more energy than when they started!
-Get lean, strong and flexible so they could get
the most out of every shot and feel good about
themselves again
-Reduce their handicap to a single digit or get
their level of play to match even the most
serious competition
In the end, we all want to play better golf with
less hassles, less complications and less
effort. We don’t want to necessarily go through
the school of hard knocks when there are experts
who know their craft and can point out the
shortcuts and more efficient ways to work out
and get the best results.
What I really like about this golf fitness
challenge program is that it is focused on
results. Craig Ballantyne and Susan Hill ran an
actual case study on 20 golfers who had to apply
to be in their program. For 6 solid weeks, they
followed the program and each saw their own
unique results. Read about how some golfers lost
significant weight, many saw a more flexible
shoulder turn and others are playing better than
they ever imagined…

Craig and Susan are incredibly intent on
reaching this 1,000,000 mark to show golfers how
quick, efficient, results driven workouts can
change your game too. I’m excited to be part of
this occasion and hope you’ll join me on their
site to become part of the growing interest in
how fitness can have an affect on your game and
your life.

Dear Golfer (or insert name if set up with an
autoresponder),
It’s not every day you get to be a part of golf
history! Throughout this week you have been
hearing about Susan Hill and Craig Ballantyne’s
dream of reaching 1,000,000 golfers to learn
about the Golf
Fitness Challenge. (insert code:

So far, they are reporting record numbers of
golfers who are contacting them and downloading
their program. Golfers are finally speaking out
about their frustrations with nagging injuries,
not knowing which program to follow or exercises
to do and NOT getting results. Who knew there
were so many frustrated golfers with their
fitness?
I knew the golfers on this list were dedicated,
but this is mind blowing to see this kind of
support. I have been getting lots of questions
about what level of golfer this program is most
appropriate for. I did some digging with Craig
and Susan and this is what I came up with.
They tested this program on both male and female
golfers over a 6 week period. The age range was
18 to 65. The handicaps ranged from +3 to 31.
Now, that’s a wide range of golfer! Here’s what
a few of their participants had to say.
I had never viewed stretching as a way to make
my body feel better and or feel more alive. I
had always viewed stretching as something to
warm up with. The wholeness of stretching
improved my wellness feeling immensely. I just
feel better now - bottom line.
Michael, Handicap 9.2, Age 62
I found my core strength improved. This was
evident in my increased ability to stay stable
in my lower body during the backswing and the
initial transition move. I have been striking
the ball more crisply.
I have experienced greater flexibility in my hip
pelvis region. I am hitting the ball higher than
I have in quite some time.
Thank you for including me in your program.
Stephen, Handicap 21, Age 59
It’s not too late to join the Golf Fitness
Challenge now.

P.S. If you purchase one of the instant download
packages, you’re safe. However, they are running
in short supply of the packages that contain a
hard copy print out. If you also want a hard
copy print, you better order today!

Dear Golfer (or insert name if set up with an
autoresponder),
This is going to be a short e-mail reminder
today with some ‘good news’ – ‘bad news’.
I just spoke with fitness experts, Craig
Ballantyne and Susan Hill. They are really
excited and anticipate hitting their number of
driving 1,000,000 golfers to learn about the
Golf Fitness
Challenge.
http://insertyourclickbankname.dreamgolf.hop.clickbank.net
by midnight Wednesday, May 27th.
However, it appears they were a bit too
conservative in their estimates of how many
golfers might purchase the hard copy print outs
of their Golf Fitness Challenge product.
Not only are the special bonuses going away
tonight at midnight, but they are in danger of
running out on the hard copy print outs before
their special promotion is over. If you have
been holding out until the last minute, they
just wanted to make sure and give our golfers a
fair warning.
So, here it is….the last chance to improve your
body and improve your game through the right
exercises, stretches and nutrition. Let’s make
today the day we commit to taking action. I’d
even settle for an injury free season for us
all!

Golf Fitness Challenge Reviews
With so many different golf fitness programs popping up on the internet, it is difficult to know which to choose. From my perspective, here are the most important things to consider.
-Is the material provided or workout program written by someone with authority on the subject? Obviously, someone who has had experience in training a wide variety of golfers is going to have some experience to draw from. They should be a knowledgeable, experienced expert on golf fitness.
-Is the program doable and reasonable? This might sound like a silly statement until you've actually tried one of these programs through an internet purchase or by reading a book. If the program is too difficult or requires too much time and effort, then how is it ultimately going to benefit me?
-Will I get results that I can see with my game? Again, it is not necessary to restate the obvious, but why go through an entire program if you don't see tangible results.
For anyone who has ever read any books outlining the basic principles of 'how to be successful' whether it be business, golf or life, the principles are the same. They follow along the lines of...set a specific deadline, have a detailed goal in mind, develop a plan....etc.
These are all the reasons I really love the new Golf Fitness Challenge. It is the brainchild of Susan Hill, a professional golf fitness trainer, and Craig Ballanytne, Men's Health magazine expert. By applying the same principles to success, they have outlined a very specific 6 week golf exercise plan to get the body and game of your dreams. Last fall, they actually ran a real life case study on 20 golfers. They ran their program for both male and female golfers over a 6 week period. The age range was 18 to 65. The handicaps ranged from +3 to 31.
I bet you can guess what happened!
Given a hard deadline and some specific tasks, these golfers made some incredible discoveries and some new found improvement - just in time for prime time golf season!
Here is what a few of them had to say based on the real life testimonials.
I really got a lot more flexible. My shoulder
turn improved about 30-40% at least. My hip
rotation really improved also. I learned that my
glutes, hip flexors, and hamstrings had a whole
lot more to do with golf than I had ever
imagined.
I had never viewed stretching as a way to make
my body feel better and or feel more alive. I
had always viewed stretching as something to
warm up with. The wholeness of stretching
improved my wellness feeling immensely. I just
feel better now - bottom line.
